Passive Arts Studio, Los Angeles

Passive Arts Studio was founded in Hollywood in 1974 by two guys who had a love for the Lifestyle but no where to go. It was the first commercial Studio to advertise in the United States. In 1976, a number of the Ladies at Passive Arts Studio were featured in the film "Hardcore" with George C. Scott and later that same year were featured in a story in Penthouse Magazine on the same movie. It gave the Studio a National presence at the time.

In the year 2000, Passive Arts Studio was resurrected by one of it's original founders in a 7000 square foot warehouse that was totally gutted and rebuilt with what has become the largest, most elegant and best equipped play area in the United States. In addition to sessions that are offered, Passive Arts has played host to numerous events, organizations and Lifestyle play parties over the years. It has featured speakers and presentations from virtually every segment of the BDSM community and such luminaries as Midori, Jack Rinella, Guy Baldwin, Fakir, Dossie Easton and Janet Hardy have signed the presenters wall.

Passive Arts Studio Hours:

Monday - Saturday :: 12 PM to 12 AM

Sunday :: 12 PM to 8 PM
