29-year-old man kicked to death by a teenage girl for a fistful of dollars

Police officers were patrolling the streets of the city of Tyumen in a patrol car. Suddenly they saw a horrendous scene unfolding right before their very eyes. A 15-year-old girl was fiercely kicking at a man that looked twice her age.

The police interfered and restrained the girl but it was too late. The man had already sustained injuries deemed incompatible with life. According to the police, the girl knocked the man off his feet and then kicked at his body for several minutes. She also jumped on his chest for a few times.

Having realized the horrible situation she got herself in, she telephoned the police. She later told the investigators that the victim had robbed her of 500 rubles (around $15).

Comments:

The guy should not have robbed money from the girl.  The girl probably did not kill the man because she is young, and was in self defense.

The man could have died of other reasons because when the girl kicked him, she did not kick him in vital areas that could cause the death.  Also, a girl could not have the force to kick a man to death even given the opportunity.

Therefore, the girl should be released and no charges should be filed.
