It does address the mental issues and reservations that some women might have with beginning to find their dominant nature. The book goes on to lay out a very basic scene to get you started as well, in great detail. I found this book to be very short, well-written, and easy to read, but it made me want to read more. This book has an excellent focus on safety and safe sex
